The Rate Adjustment for the following Rates shall be on the basis of a Rate Tracking Factor, occasioned solely by changes in the cost of gas purchased from pipeline suppliers, the cost of contractual gas storage and storage transportation, and the net cost of gas injected into and withdrawn from storage, in accordance with Order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana, approved May 14, 1986 in Cause No. 37091.
